Those renting the chalet must be at least 25 years old
Current identification and a major credit card.
A $350.00 deposit is required at check in.
There is a two night minimum
There is a maximum of six guests per night.
A major credit card is required for deposit. (Visa or Mastercard)
Rates:
Winter
$150 a night up to two people
$25 a night for each additional occupant.
Plus 12% Municipal Room Tax.
Summer
$250 a night up to three people
$300 a night for 4-6 maximum occupancy.
Plus 12% Municipal Room Tax.
Rent is due at the time reservations are made.

Cancellation Policy :
Rent shall be payable in full unless cancellations are made at least fourteen days in advance by phone,
fax, or e-mail with confirmation from Stowe-Chalet.com.
